Mugwort
Mugwort is used as an emmenagogue: Promoting regular menstrual cycles, calming the nerves, increasing urine output, aiding in digestion and also repelling insects. Mugwort is thought to stimulate the uterus to contract, promoting menstrual flow. It is used as a tea, tincture, bath tea, salves, burned for smoke cleansing (smudging) and smoked.
Not to be used during pregnancy.
