The berries and flowers of elderberry can be a great supplement to add to your diet. The syrup contain honey, and should not to be given to children under 2 years of age.  The tincture is concentrated, has a 80% grain alcohol base and may be added to a beverage or taken as is.  The syrup is available in 8 oz. bottles, and the concentrate is available in 4 oz. dropper bottle.
