Yoga, meditation, writing, Spending time with loved ones, cuddling with your furbaby, listening to music, reading, maybe even spending time outdoors in the sunlight to soak up some well-needed Vitamin D is great for you! (They say 10-30 minutes is sufficient for your daily dose!*)
Whatever quiets and calms the commotion and stress of your day, do that!
